We will not collect any personal data (eg. your name, address, telephone number or email address) unless you provide it to us in order to submit Content to the Work Not Play website.

However Content or any part of it may be shared and/or transferred to third parties and/or used in any manner for the purposes of the Campaign. Our e-mail news sign up is handled by dotMailer who act as a data processor on behalf of the Musicians’ Union.

You are entitled to access the personal data we may process about you. Please send your access request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For your own security we may ask you to provide proof of your identity before granting access. Your personal data is not kept any longer than is necessary to serve the purpose it was collected for. You may have your personal data deleted, corrected or revised by sending us an email to email@example.com.
